We often start doing things for other people, things like cleaning
house, dressing differently, keeping up a particular appearance, etc. We
make these changes usually because we want other people (or one
specific person) to see us in a good light, or to try give them less
things to potentially judge us for. But making changes for other people
often leads to things like resentment and not sticking with the changes -
so how do we make the changes for ourselves instead?
