Even though I've had my driver's license for almost 10 years, I still
don't feel comfortable driving. At some point I allowed my experiences
of stress and anxiety to determine my actions and I stopped driving. I
don't want to carry on feeling this disempowerment towards driving - I
want to be able to drive comfortably. So, there's only one thing I can
do about that: practice, practice, practice.
