What is holding you back from trying new things, or from developing yourself in an area or skill that you previously dismissed (or even avoided)? I don't like cameras, but given the opportunity to develop myself in creating videos, would I deny that point of self development simply because I fee uncomfortable in front of a camera? My immediate response is "EEEEK! Camera!!" and then *run away* - but who am I within that response? Am I the master of my life or a slave to my thoughts and experiences?
