We tend to forget that every person is different, has different tolerances, histories, designs, strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, requirements, etc. In forgetting this, we tend to judge each other. We stop trying to understand each other. We start pointing fingers and talking about fairness, but in truth, what is fairness? Isn't it about considering the unique nature of each individual, instead of trying to force everyone into all the same boxes, labels and shapes?
