Conflict goes where energy goes, it does not exist without energy to fuel it. We live so much of our lives in conflict, within ourselves and with the people and things around us. If we take the time and make the effort to develop ourselves in such a way that we can effectively direct our energy-generating thoughts then we can stop conflict.
