I wonder, what would the world be like without mirrors or reflections? Probably a buttload better than it is now.

Would our 6 year old children still be obsessed with their appearances?
Would anorexia and bulimia exist?
Would we skin animals alive for the sake of fashion?
Would "designer clothing" be more important than world hunger or poverty?

Knowing us humans, we'd probably just find some other way to be vain and self centered.

I forgive myself for not realizing that we cannot claim to be putting our children first if we are more concerned with appearances than satisfying the needs of every child and are therefore teaching our children to value appearances above all else.

I forgive myself for not realizing that we are teaching our children to value life according to appearances - if one is beautiful then one has "worth", but if one is beastly then one is "worthless".

I forgive myself for not realizing that by encouraging this obsession with appearances we are distracting ourselves from the realities of this world and our fellow man, animals and plants.

I forgive myself for not realizing that when we place our appearances above life that we become willing and able to commit atrocities in the name of fulfilling the ideas we have above what we should look like.

I forgive myself for not realizing that the examples we set on TV of what people look like are completely unrealistic and that we are setting up our children to lose as they will never be like the pictures they see on TV.

I forgive myself for not realizing that we are causing our children to harm themselves through anorexia and bulimia by teaching them to value appearances instead of teaching them to support their bodies practically and teaching that all life is equal.

I forgive myself for not realizing that through creating competition we have designed the perfect trap to keep all enslaved as everyone is so busy trying to be better than everyone else, when in fact the games are all taking place in the minds of the people and are not actually real.

I forgive myself for not realizing that competition has caused anorexia and bulimia through encouraging people to be "better" and "superior" to others which is actually a blatant affront to the rights to dignified life for all as people are so focused on beating everyone else that there is no support anywhere from anyone to all the billions of suffering beings.

I forgive myself for not realizing that the free market economy (which is actually every current economy on Earth, according to the actions and goals of each economy, even the ones who call themselves "socialist" and "communist" as they are all actually acting in self interest) is simply a reflection of each human's desire to be better and have more than other humans - the desire to be special - which is the cause of all of the inequalities within the world as the cycles of me, me, me continue and no one stops to consider the beings around them.

I commit myself to re educating parents on how to actually put their child first by teaching their child how to support themselves, how the system works, how the mind and body works and how to support others so as to support self.

I commit myself to re educating our children to value life according to life and to let go of self interest as competition as it is what is destroying the world and causing great suffering to countless beings.

I commit myself to showing people how to "get back to reality" and actually be present in this life and focus on creating dignity for all.

I commit myself to stopping the abuses that come with the self interested actions of fulfilling superficial and illusory ideas.

I commit myself to showing people that what our children are learning from TV is destroying their self respect and respect for life.

I commit myself to showing people how to practically support our physical bodies and to let go of the values we have given to appearances as they are abusive in every way.

I commit myself to showing people how we have only been trapping ourselves within the idea of competition and have allowed ourselves to create a system of abuse because of it.

I commit myself to showing people how competition is the cause of every evil in the world, and that we are in turn also the cause as we have accepted and allowed ourselves to be consumed by our desires to be special.

I commit myself to showing people how our desire to be special and better than others has allowed us to created the largest system of abuse and terror imaginable.
